Mamata Banerjee got four stitches on her injured forehead

Mamata Banerjee, West Bengal Chief Minister, got seriously injured while exercising in her home in Kolkata. 

She was admitted to hospital after sustaining injuries on Thursday evening. She got four stitches on her forehead. However, the Trinamool Congress chief returned home from the hospital at night.

According to local media reports, Mamata Banerjee was exercising at her residence in Kolkata. 

Then she fell down and got hit on her forehead. She was immediately taken to PG Hospital in Kolkata. 

After the treatment, she took leave from the hospital and returned home at night. The doctors advised him to rest at home.

According to Trinamool Congress sources, while doing treadmill, Mamata suddenly fell and blood came out from her forehead. Some images with blood on her forehead have gone viral in social media.
