Indonesians mark Valentine’s Day by voting



Today, 14 February, is Valentine's Day and in this very day president election dated in Indonesia. And Indonesians are celebrating this day by voting for their favorite candidates. 

According to The Straights Times, the voters have been posting photos of their inked fingers online to encourage others to vote. 

On X (ex Twitter) Linda Ibrahim wrote,

One of the world’s largest, most geographically-challenging, one-day elections. The sheer scale itself always compels me to exercise my right, even when I don’t like the choices.
