Iran warned if Israel Launches attack again on it's territory or any interests, it will respond within seconds.
Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs, Ali Bagheri Kani, has given this warning on Tuesday (16 April), said a report by American media ABC News.
Amid ongoing genocide in Gaza on April 1, Israel launched a missile attack on the Iranian consulate in Damascus, the capital of Syria.
The attack killed several military officers, including Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Zahedi, the senior commander of Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps' Quds Force.
In retaliation, Iran launched unprecedented attacks on Israel. It threw hundreds of drone and missile on Israel overnight last Saturday. Tel Aviv claims that most of Iran's drones and missiles are destroyed before reaching Israeli territory.
Iran believes that the issue of revenge has been resolved by the attack on Israel. However, Israeli military chief of staff Lt. Gen. Harji Halevi said Iran's attack will be retaliated.
General Harji did not specify what steps Israel would take in response to Iran's attack. Apart from that, he did not mention any time frame when Israel will respond.
Israel's allies strongly condemned the Iranian revenge attacks. However, they called on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government to show restraint in the wake of the attack.
